SLAA SPRING 2020 REFUND INFORMATION
Please be aware that once your refund request is received, it will be processed and mailed directly to you.
Currently we do not have the bandwidth / volunteers to confirm every request. As long as you have emailed Refunds@Slaacyo.org your request will be handled as dated below.
In order for a refund to be received, you will need to email Refunds@Slaacyo.org the following items
1. A copy of the canceled check, with the name of the child/children that were enrolled in the program(s). For any family that can not email a copy of their canceled check, and needs to have their refund handled in person, please email Refunds@Slaacyo.org to set up a date to do so later in August, hopefully by then we will be in better shape with the Covid restrictions
2. If the parents have their registration receipt(s) even better, they can attach the copy with the canceled check.
THE REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AS FOLLOWS…..
• 07/10/2020 thru 07/20/2020: ALL SOCCER REFUNDS (DEVELOPMENTAL – 8TH GRADE
• 07/19/2020 thru 07/29/2020 – ALL FLAG FOOTBALL AND BASEBALL REFUNDS
• 07/29/2020 thru 08/14/2020 – ALL DEVELOPMENTAL SWIM
• 08/14/2020 thru 08/21/2020. – LAST CALL FOR REFUNDS.
All families are to be made aware that after August 21st deadline there will be
NO MORE REFUNDS AND THERE SPORTS REGISTRATION FROM THE SPRING 2020 SEASON WILL BE CONSIDERED A DONATION TO OUR PROGRAM, AND THAT WE ARE EXTREMELY GRATEFUL, THERE WILL BE NO ROLLOVER TO THE FOLLOWING SEASON.
